Esper Listed on Inc.’s 2025 Best Workplaces

Annual list recognizes businesses that set the bar for company culture and workplace success.

June 17, 2025—Bellevue, W.A – Inc. revealed today that Esper is recognized as a 2025 Inc. Best Workplaces list honoree. The list honors companies that have built exceptional workplaces and vibrant cultures that foster team success and positive business outcomes.

This year’s list, featured on Inc.com, is the result of a comprehensive measurement and evaluation of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company cultures, in-person or remote, determined by a detailed employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace.

The evaluation process for Inc’s Best Workplaces list covered critical elements such as management effectiveness, perks, professional development, and overall company culture. Each company’s benefits were also audited to determine the overall score and ranking. A total of 514 companies were recognized this year, and Esper is honored to be among them.

Esper’s co-founder and CEO, Yadhu Gopalan, attributes employee satisfaction and a strong corporate culture to the company’s continued success. “To me, it all comes back to growth as the most important measure of success,” said Gopalan. “Encouraging every employee’s professional and personal growth is just as important as fostering customer growth. To me, it is vital that everyone at Esper enjoys and sees the impact of their work, and that their contributions are valued by leadership. That is the foundation of a great workplace.”

Esper’s company culture is defined by a foundation of trust and continued growth, backed by six key corporate values: Fiercely Collaborative; Build Trust, Get Sh!t Done; Innovate, Experiment & Learn; and Committed to Customers. Employees also enjoy competitive benefits, including mandatory minimum time off to promote rest and well-being. Additional perks such as daily catered lunches and regular team outings reflect Esper’s commitment to fostering a positive, engaging workplace culture.

“Inc.’s Best Workplaces program celebrates the exceptional organizations whose workplace cultures address their employees’ welfare and needs in meaningful ways,” says Bonny Ghosh, editorial director at Inc. “As companies expand and adapt to changing economic forces, maintaining such a culture is no small feat. Yet these honorees have not only achieved it — they continue to elevate the employee experience through thoughtful benefits, engagement, and a deep commitment to their teams.”
