Bluebird SF650 Managed Handheld Computer

  • Enterprise-grade, not consumer-grade. The SF650 is built and supported on an enterprise lifecycle — multi-year hardware availability, sustained security maintenance, and committed OS upgrades. It does not follow the 12–18 month churn of a consumer smartphone, so fleets deployed today aren't stranded by an EOL notice next year.
  • One global SKU. A single hardware configuration covers LTE-FDD, LTE-TDD, WCDMA, and GSM bands across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. One part number to source, stage, and support worldwide — no regional variants, no split inventory, no separate certification path per geography.
  • Esper-signed supervisor plugin enabled. Bluebird ships an Esper-signed supervisor plugin on the SF650, unlocking unattended remote control, silent app install and uninstall, and other elevated device permissions. Support can see and drive the screen without a user standing at the device to accept a prompt — critical for lights-out locations and distributed store fleets.
  • Bluebird OEMConfig fully supported. The Bluebird OEMConfig app is fully supported in Esper, so hardware-specific controls — scanner and data capture behavior, key remapping, power and battery policy, radio and peripheral state — are managed as standard app configuration. No custom agent, no per-device manual setup.
  • Consumer look, enterprise build. A 6.5" bezel-less HD+ display in a 210g, 9.9mm body gives associates a device that feels like the phone in their pocket, while a user-replaceable 5000mAh battery, microSD expansion, and USB-C keep it serviceable on a shift schedule.
  • Deploys in minutes with Esper. GMS-certified and provisioned via Esper Seamless Provisioning, the SF650 goes from box to production-ready — apps, policy, network, and branding applied — without touching each unit individually.
